Q: When should I arrive for table reservation?
A: Reservations are strongly recommended, so make yours in advance. We ask that guests arrive to the pop up at least a few minutes in advance of the time they made their online reservation for.
Note, regardless of your actual arrival time, your guaranteed seating begins precisely at your purchased table reservation ticket time and ends after the allotted 90 minute reservation period. If you elect not to attend, your tickets are non refundable nor exchangeable nor transferable to another date/time.

Q: How long may I use my table?
A: Tables are reserved in 90-minute increments. If you wish to extend your reservation, you may do so based on availability only. Please inquire with the host when you first check-in.

A: Each table can seat 2 or 2 to 4 guests depending on which table reservation ticket you purchase.
Note, one reservation secures one full table. You will only dine with the guests in your own reservation party.

cancellations
All sales are final and non-refundable. In the case of COVID regulations causing the event to be cancelled, table reservation tickets can be held and transferred to another date. Refunds will be issued upon request, less processing fees.

A: As part of our initiative to support local community organizations, this holiday season 10% of each table reservation will be donated to Toys of Hope children's charity. A local Long Island charitable organization that helps underprivileged children and their family. Not all pop ups benefit a charity.
